The list below was collected from the customer feedback survey attached to our subscription cancellation page (Note if you have a subscription based business then you should definitely be collecting feedback from your own customers too and of course you can do that through our easy to use survey tool.

It was so easy to set-up and deploy, I wish I had more questions to ask :) The only reason I am cancelling my account is that after my one survey I really don't have a use for it :( The next time I need to run a survey, I will definitely use your services! In that regard, it may be good to have different plans other than the monthly charge. I felt the free package didn't give me enough access to the data, but if you had a deal where I could purchase one "full featured" survey that would have been good. Either way, great service!
